The Blue Sky Villa

Description: The Blue Sky Villas is a tropical modern Filipino bungalow villa designed as serene private retreat. The residence features 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a private swimming pool, an open living area, and an integrated kitchen and dining space. Its design embraces warm natural elements, relaxed indoor-outdoor living, and a resort-inspired atmosphere suited for family stays and intimate gatherings.
Description: Vera Residence is a 42-story mixed-use development integrating commercial spaces, a mall, 5 basement parking levels, and condominium residences above. Designed with clean modern lines, green terraces, vertical gardens, and a rooftop park, the tower creates a balanced urban hub that blends retail, residential living, and open communal spaces while enhancing the city skyline.

Takeover Café
Location: Quezon City, Philippines
Description: Takeover Café is a renovation project designed to transform an existing low-ceiling space into a warm, cozy, and visually inviting dining environment. Inspired by the branding of Takeover Lounge, the design uses red as the main accent color, balanced with a soft white palette to create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere. Since the existing ceiling height is only around 2 meters, design strategies were carefully applied to make the space feel brighter and more open. Lighted ceiling boxes were added above the dining area to replicate the effect of natural daylight, especially since the space has limited natural lighting during the day. A mirror ceiling feature was also incorporated to visually expand the area and create an illusion of height and spaciousness. The result is a cozy modern café that combines brand identity, warm lighting, and thoughtful spatial solutions to enhance the customer experience within the limitations of the existing structure.
Casa Hiraya

Description: Casa Hiraya is a 5-star cliffside hotel and resort envisioned as a tropical sanctuary along the coast of Siargao. The development features a collection of private villas, each designed with its own pool to create an intimate resort experience rooted in privacy, comfort, and island living. At the heart of the resort is the main lobby building, defined by its striking curved terraces that follow the natural rhythm of the cliffside landscape. The architecture opens toward panoramic views, creating a seamless connection between the interiors, the surrounding terrain, and the ocean. The resort integrates a main restaurant, expansive communal spaces, and a dramatic infinity pool that serves as the visual centerpiece of the property. Through layered terraces, warm tropical materials, lush landscaping, and open-air planning, Casa Hiraya offers a refined interpretation of contemporary tropical hospitality in the Philippines.

Description: The lobby building of IT Farm Resort is designed as a grand arrival pavilion inspired by Neoclassical architecture. Defined by its monumental columns, symmetrical composition, ornate cornices, arched openings, and detailed ceiling treatments, the structure creates a strong sense of formality, elegance, and timeless grandeur. Clad in marble wall finishes and softened by warm lighting, the building establishes a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere for arriving guests. Its wide covered portico provides a graceful transition from the outdoor landscape into a spacious main lobby, designed to serve as the central reception and gathering area of the resort. Beyond its arrival function, the building also accommodates supporting hospitality spaces, including an area for souvenir shops and retail, a conference room, and administrative offices. These functions are carefully integrated within the classical architectural language, allowing the lobby to operate as both a guest-oriented welcome center and a functional hub for resort operations.
Tsubo Niwa

Description: This home courtyard is designed as a serene tsubo-niwa, a small Japanese garden that brings calm, nature, and quiet reflection into the heart of the residence. Surrounded by natural wood architecture, sliding glass doors, and warm timber decks, the garden creates a soft transition between indoor living spaces and the outdoors. The composition features moss-covered ground, carefully placed stones, sculptural plants, and layered greenery, forming a peaceful landscape that feels intimate and meditative. Its Japanese-inspired character is expressed through simplicity, balance, and the use of natural materials rather than ornamentation.

Description: Corazon de Baler is a 3-storey boutique hotel designed as a tropical coastal retreat facing the scenic shores of Baler Beach. Each level features one private accommodation unit composed of a bedroom, kitchen, dining area, toilet and bath, and a spacious balcony that opens toward the beach, allowing guests to enjoy natural light, sea breeze, and panoramic coastal views. The architecture takes inspiration from Bali-inspired tropical design, expressed through warm natural materials, relaxed resort elements, and an inviting indoor-outdoor atmosphere. At the ground floor, a common pool, patio, and garden serve as shared leisure spaces where guests can relax, gather, and enjoy the tropical setting. With its beachfront orientation, private balconies, and intimate resort-inspired amenities, Corazon de Baler Boutique Hotel offers a serene and curated stay that blends comfort, privacy, and laid-back coastal living.
